Its me again you helped me with my last minute booking
It was complicated as i was paying for my brother in law and his wife
But you (shannon) handeled it so profesionaly , kind ,also that cheerful mood of yours
Did keep me so cheered and zero panic as the payment didn't go through
Since yesterday you made everyone aware with my case
Your team was mobilised with the problem i had
At last all went through and all sorted
