Titan - first & last time!

My mother is a 77 year old lady and has never been treated in such an uncaring, off-hand and unprofessional manner.
Having booked to travel with two female companions (all paying the same - not cheap, booking fee), she was given a very unpleasant smelling 'shoebox' room with no view on their boat. Her companions both had spacious double rooms with a lovely view.
She was then split up from her travelling companions on the return coach journey by the tour manager - moved on to a different coach to make room for Titan employees(!), with no regard to her welfare or the fact that she would now be travelling alone and not with the two companions she was on holiday with.
To add insult to injury, the coach she was travelling on was then delayed at the French port by over 4 hours (the coach she SHOULD have been on was on time!) and then had to travel the last leg of her journey with 3 total strangers, instead of her holiday party. Absolutely disgraceful; she was so upset that she will NEVER travel with this company again.
Having complained, she was offered £150 compensation - needless to say she is rejecting this and taking her complaint further.
I would advise you to book your holiday with a professional company, which Titan certainly are not - this company are only interested in your money; once you've paid, they couldn't care less!!
If they can treat a 77 year old lady in such a shameful way, I don't hold out much hope for anyone else!
