We travelled Toronto on September7th. We were due to join the Viarail train at Union Station on Thursday 9th for a departure at 10pm. We eventually left at 2.30am on Friday. No communication from anyone during the long delay. We had booked a double cabin with private facilities. Accommodation provided was a single cell in a dirty, smelly 50s carriage. Titan's agent in Toronto accepted this type of accommodation for our group of 22 traveller. The excuse was overbooking.Titan have paid us £100 in compensation for 3 days of disappointment, distress, anxiety and frustration.The 22 passengers affected will not be recommending Titan.
