I have booked twice with Tingo. With my first booking, all went really well. The price of my room, which was already fantastic, dropped quite a bit a few days after booking. Tingo also offered me and even greater price drop if I wanted to change to another hotel close by; I declined, but it was nice to know about the offer. The Tingo credit appeared on my statement before I returned home.
My second booking is coming up next week. I have incurred a price drop with that booking as well. If the credit appears as quickly as last time, I will continue to be a happy customer!
