“3 months on and still waiting for my money back!!!!...”

3 months on and still waiting for my money back!!!! Booked a day trip to Venice when in Croatia for the reps to change the time of the trip when we was out there not tell us resulting in is missing our trip. When challenged we was told by the rep the trip advertised on the website never runs at that time and when we spoke to Thomson customer services they admitted this was in fact correct and offered us a refund in the form of a voucher. When we said we didn't want the voucher as we had no intention of booking another holiday with them they said we could send it back for a cheque. Surprise suprise no voucher has turned up and every single phone call and email to Thomson has been ignored. Appalling customer service and they have no customer care at all. Clearly they enjoy taking money off of their customers.
