A company I will NEVER use again

I haven't even been on holiday yet and I would recommend no one uses this company. We went to the branch to book a Disney holiday as was told by the agent we would get free dining plan worth £1500. When the paperwork arrived it said room only. I didn't query it at the time because it was a freebie. When I went to pay the balance I checked and was told his offer was out of date and we would not be getting it. I have now had three weeks being given the run-around by the Branch, customer services and he Deputy Regional Sales Manager all repeating that as dining plan was not in the write up of the original sales consultation, they would not honour what was offered, this fails to recognise they do they write these notes. Just to show it's not just me, I was telling a colleague in work what had happened and he said he had the same problem with the same branch when he booked his honeymoon where they booked him the wrong room, excursions from the wrong hotel and failed to honour a honeymoon package he had been offered. Anyone considering using this company should first look at the customer posts to the Thomson Facebook page which is littered with complaints about when things go wrong, they refuse to put things right. Above all avoid the Cribbs Causeway Bristol Branch like the plague.
