Sadly, this company appears from these recent reviews to be declining in the service it offers, which I have always found pretty good in the past. Having been in recent corresondence with them over a relatively small issue my impression also is that they may have changed for the worse. The directors need urgently to get a sense of what some management decisions are regarding their impact on customer service, otherwise this company will start to go the way of some others (like certain budget airlines)and that would not be a good way to go! Wake up Thomson/Tui senior management. Your selling point has always been your consideration of your customers' experiences, and balancing that with your margins. Your prices are not the cheapest in many markets and are only worth it if you can achieve that balance. If enough of your customers are not happy the scales will are tip precarioulsy!
