Booked Holiday to Turkey, hours before departure,told overbooked offered alternative accommodation but not in the same area. Offered £40 X 2 comp, total £80,still waiting 37 days later! Upgraded from b & b to half board,not available until after a few days.Then departure pick-up time, You guest it NO PICK UP. On advice from the Emergency Phone Number, got a TAXI (1 hour and half journey)cost 200TL. Saw a rep at the Airport with only 20mins to spare. She filled in a report and told me to claim with Thomson's After Travel Care when i got back to UK. Again you guest it still waiting, no contact from them, not even an acknowledgement of the claim.
All i got from start to finish is "SORRY", they should re-brand the the company to "SORRY THOMSON'S"
Come on Thomson's get a grip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
