Thompson/Turkish Staff Lost My Suitcase's On A Thompson Flight From Turkey And Thompson Checking Desk Staff put the tags on the suitcases and said carry on too the aircraft as they were running late because off the Conveyor Belt Being Broke And As I Got Off From Birmingham Airport And Went Too Get My Suitcase's They Wasn't There I Waited And Waited Still Wasn't There We Told One Of The Staff That It Wasn't There And He Went Outside Too Look Nothing There So He Wrote My Details And What My Suitcase's looked like And Gave Me A Number Too Call See If My Suitcase's Had Been Found The Staff Was VERY!!!! Rude And Didn't Try Too Help In Anyway And Didn't Seem Any Helpful At All I Am Very Annoyed And Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! Later On That Day I Called The Number They Had Gave Me Too Find Out If My Luggage Had Been Found The Man On The Other End Of The Phone Didn't seem Too Know What I Was Talking About And When My Luagge Has Been Found That Id Be Informed
Does Anyone Know Where I Can Complain About This?
