We stayed at this hotel the last 2 weeks in august 2011. Me my husband and two boys aged 11 & 4. Having read previous reviews we were a little sceptical on if we had done the right thing. It was our first time going all inclusive and I can honestly say we had a really good time.the kids pool and pirate ship was great for the 4 year old and the 11 year old met some friends and just had a really good time. The food was good you can eat in the main restaurant or snack.food burgers, pizzas chips etc. The kids pool has it's own snack area for the young ones. The pancake hut was good too, the afternoon tea cakes were abit iffy though.there was a good choice of meals in the evening, but it could get a bit repetitive, so we took the bus down to side and had a couple of meals out to break the routine up. My only draw back was that there was not a lot to do in the evening if you didn,t want to watch the show. There is a children's play area but it is not used in the evening maybe they could put a bar there so parents could have a drink while the kids play.
The hotel is huge and it is kept clean and the rooms are serviced daily. I didn,t mention the main pool its massive.
On the whole we really enjoyed this holiday of course the hotel can improve but I.m not sure what some people expect you have to go there to enjoy your holiday not to moan about every little thing.
