Recently had a great week's holiday in Egypt - and have always recommended Thomson as being very reliable and predictable - I avoid Thomas Cook because their planes are so cramped. This time was different - no in flight meals available as per their new policy for shorthaul flights (6 hrs!!!) - just plastic snacks - the bacon baguette and chips were dreadful - it would have been better to eat the packaging. The staff said the cheese pizza was marginally better, but I couldn't face it. Add to that no in-flight entertainment, no films, no music, the usual tight squeeze, and I won't be doing it again - just a step too far Thomson. Treat us like human beings, not just sales opportunities. Are you listening?
