Plane was too old condensation dropping on passengers heads, stewardess padded ceiling with tissues, long delays both ways between Gran Canaria and Edinburgh, meals were awful, actually unedibe. Hotel so we were told was for couples, and was meant to be a child free hotel, this was not the case as there were children in the hotel...
Rooms were great, bed comfy, resort was nice, staff and tour rep were nice, helpful and friendly, great choice of foods, entertainment was mediocre, weather was wonderful.Hotel staff were excellant.
On arrival at airport could not find the reps,no reps were on the journey to or from the hotel, we were disappointed with this.Overall we enjoyed the holiday, and plan to go again in springtime and summertime, and we definetely would book with Thomsons, as we do most years.
