booked through co op travel grimsby to go to this hotel in bayahibe credit to thomas cook on the choice of hotel more then pleased with the holiday every thing about it from going to coming back, charlotte the rep had no complaints from me , reason nothing to complain about . ive done the north, east and south of the dominican . this being my first iberostar hotel i can not choose between rui chain or iberostar chain at present both chain of hotel are on top of the game for holidays , i think next year if thomas cook found me the same quality 5 star holiday i would then think about using them again. i will do my home work reading up on holidays for next year with thomas cook , usually i book through first choice/ thomson holidays . thanks thomas cook for making my recent holiday that extra bit special.
