Last month was my daughters 21st birthday and she went to Turkey to swim with dolphins. I ordered a surprise bottle of champagne for her on the plane journey, the money was taken from my bank the same day. On her return I was shocked to learn she never received it. I complained to Thomas cook, only to be offered the cost of the champagne back, not the full cost I was charged. Not even an apology or any kind of remorse for spoiling what swould have been a lovely surprise. needless to say I wont be ordering anything again!!!!!!
