I have booked my Europe tours with Thomas Cook 6 days remaining I am yet to here from them about my visa and itinerary. When I called they are alway busy they never call.once you have done half payment they will forget and you should also forget they have still not applied for visa. I did a big mistake by trusting there name. Never ever in my lifetime I will choose Thomas Cook too arrogant unorganised service.
