Booked Holiday with Thomas Cook for Disneyland Paris, after they received our final payment (in March for Holiday in June 2014) They have still not upon repeated requests sent us e tickets, Disneyland paris park tickets, details of airport transfers. They do not respond to emails on time unless you threaten to complain to HMRC for not issuing the invoices / payment receipts. Avoid this company like a plague. I will now contact trading standards to take the matter further
