Apart from cancelling one of our bookings completely so that we have had to pay an admin fee to re-instate it, this morning they have informed us that the aircraft that we would have been flying on has changed and as we had pre-booked seats with extra leg room would we like to choose our seats again? Done that but have had to pay for them again, done the live chat thing and got nowhere , actually spoke to a real person who was about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike and still got nowhere. Now writing the second letter this week to their "customer service team" really not confident about getting any kind of response and don't get me started on what they have done with our holiday insurance. Anyone living in the Bradford area please be aware that my missus is about to open a can of whooopass in your direction.
