We had a couple of awfull flights with thomas cook,customer sevice in the air nil,we had payed for meals and they didnt have any,were not even offered a hot drink,if you wanted one you payed,it was so cold in the air staff said they were to busy for blankets,sevice we received on returing home rude,however lets forget that we have just returned for the gambia and i am so impressed,there sevice was fantasic both going and returning they have improved,the aircraft staff were lovely,we had great flight both going and coming back,will go with them again,well done thomas cook you have uped the aunty thank you for a great holiday.[One small coplaint you have to buy blankets and pillows now,they come as standared on other airlines on night flight]
