We have just arrived back from a holiday in salou which was booked with Thomas Cook travelagents in Llanduno,It was an absolute disgrace.Advertised in the shop window was a weeks holdiay in Salou for 2adults and 2children for £1,361,98 all inclusive,so we booked it as a surprise for the children as they hadnt had a good year,well we got there to see all the amenities had shut for the winter,now what i dont understand is why advertise a family holiday when there is abolutly nothing to do???It has actually cost us almost £200 in transport as it was Cap Salou not actual Salou,we arrived there and had to wait two hours for our keys to find the cleaner still in hour room,so i thought i would have a word with our rep,but guess what? we didnt have one!!!!How anyone can sell a holiday to a family knowing it was all closed up is cruel,the best bit was our pick up our flight was 10.15am,check in was 8.15,so we were picked up at 5.15am????? Ridiculous,my daughter is actually ill at the moment due to this total joke of a holiday,and if you want i can go in to total joke of hotel to!!!! I will be taking this further! Mr D Pritchard.
