I have spoken to the customer support team and they are sending me the taped conversation but not for three days. I have been asking for this tape for 5 bays and won't be getting it for my solicitor until I get back from my holiday that I didn't want. The problem was that we phoned and quoted the reference number for sun beach hotel resort near Rhodes. At no point in the conversation we had with Agent, did she say that this hotel was not available and was lead to believe that the hotel we was booking was the sun beach hotel resort and not the sun beach hotel lindos. Also she continuously pushed for upgrading luggage which we repeatedly said we didn't want, then she pushed for up grades on rooms and quoted us £49 per room a total of £96 pounds which after a lot of pushing I agreed to. She then said that she would add £160 pounds to are bill which I stopped and argued that she only quoted £98 so I said no. Then she asked to speak to (my partner) again and started the process again trying to upgrade rooms which She refused, then she asked to speak to card holder (me) and tried again which I replied that if she didn't stop I would hang up and not book the holiday. She apologized and asked to speak to My partner again and carried on trying to up grade the rooms. This hard sell went on for 45 minutes at least. Then we booked the transfer and have been charged £160 for four people with holiday taxis and the price for the transfer is only £102 as I have checked. It seems to me that a commission charge had to be met and we was mislead in the hole booking process. I have contacted my solicitor who has advised me to request the tape. This was are last holiday with are to teenage children and saved all year to make it special. We spent 6 hours sourcing the right hotel and made 3 other calls to teletext previously for other hotels and they was very clear that the hotels weren't available. I have booked holidays for nearly 30 years and this has been the worst. The lack of help from the over seas office has been shocking and sickening. I phoned 2 sometimes three times a day over 4 days and was promised they would call back and no response from them. The manager was always unavailable and I had to sit each time through the recorded message and being put on hold. Please can I speak to an English person at some point as I will be taking this matter a lot further when I get back.

I have phoned teletext holidays at least 2 times a day for 5 days and been unable to speak to a manager and never have they phoned back when promised. Disgusting.
