Made two bookings for a holiday over Christmas 2015. Have been emailed today explaining in broken English that they only have one room and that my parents will have to accept a different hotel - payment has already been taken! Called and expressed my concerns that the alternative hotel isn't suitable plus we don't want to be split up (family holiday) spent three hours on the phone to people who do not care and will not help. Told to pay £1200 more!!!! And they are still selling the holiday that is apparently fully booked, now being told that my room isn't available either and that we cannot cancel as our flights are booked. No refund, no alternative - a complete joke, avoid!!!
