Booked honeymoon for my son and his new wife and when they got to the hotel the hotel didn't know they were coming and even though my son had a hotel voucher they said it was no good that the hotel had not been paid for my son rang me fron his hotel or should I say not his hotel but the one he thought he was staying in to say the hotel had not been paid for
I them rang the hotel myself and spoke to the manger and he said this happens all the time with this travel company they have people turning up for rooms that they think are there only to be told time and time again that the room has not been paid for. the manger has allowed him and his new wife to stay the night in the hotel until I can get this sorted at my end in England and if course teletext don't have an emergency number
I did find out that teletext booked the hotel with someone else they had a number that I could call at 12.30 am this morning and yes she found my son booking but told me it was booked on the 15th then cancelled on the 22nd I said if cancelled the hoilday then why is he now with his new wife at a hotel in the Dominican Republic that say the room has not been paid for also if I cancelled the hoilday he would not of had a E Ticket to get on the plane and he would not have had a transfer voucher to get pick up at the airport to take him to his hotel or should I say not his hotel has teletext didn't pay for it I have know got to wait for teletext holiday to open in the morning to try and sort out this mess
It wasn't bad enough that teletext booked the flights not together and they had to seat apart on the plane in different rows
Now they might not have a hotel what a start to married life
And I should be asleep at 2am in the morning not worry about my son so I just had to vent my anger on here and to warn others to make you get what you pay for
