DON'T Book with teletext! I have never received more appalling customer service in my life. I am currently in the final payment process of my booking and honestly wish I never started it. WHY? Speaking to the agent that sold me the holiday was a delight, phase two, very unpleasant! Phoning them was a nightmare, on hold for an hour, getting transferred from one miserable individual to another, unacceptable. Give a second chance I thought, and try email, even worse. No one had the correct information on my booking, they couldn't even confirm a flight number, the attitude of the staff is shocking and client relationship non existent. To this day I far that I will not have the holiday I was sold. Spend a little more if you have to, just for reassurance and better customer service. Do not book with this agent!!
