We arrived at our hotel at 5:00am to be informed that teletext holidays had not made a reservation for our room and the hotel was full. The hotel kindly found us alternative accommodation which while far from ideal at least provided us somewhere to stop. This hotel only had space for a few days, and despite numerous phone calls to the very dodgy Indian call center it took an email to the Md before a hotel was found for the remainder of our holiday. This I'm afraid is when things went from bad to worse the third hotel was an absolute dump, rooms infested, dirty pool, miles from anywhere. While we complained both to the hotel staff and call center nothing was done. We also paid teletext holidays for a late checkout which was also not booked with the 3rd hotel. I will never book teletext aka truly travel again. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort this mess out and not one return call despite numerous promises. This company will probably cease trading if this is how they treat there customers.
