You wait ages to get through to customer service and when you do they are incompetent. Only sent me invoice when I reminded them and then they never ordered hold baggage with airline until I called back yet again. Had to make several calls because invoice was very unclear. Seems no one knows what they are doing.
Will never book holiday through teletext again.
