Booked holiday to Turkey, when I rung up I asked if it was an Indian call centre, the person said no they were based in the UK, I didn't believe her but carried on anyway.
The person on the other end of the line only had a basic grasp of English and a long story made short she booked us a flight for 1.30am in the morning instead of the afternoon as we requested and confirmed with her (using the 24 hour clock) three times.
This was especially bad for us as we had young children.
We got the complaints department to listen back to the taped recording and they agreed to pay for out transfers.
This was okay but the accounts department rung us up everyday requesting payment for the transfers. And everyday I had to explain that they were paying for it and not us.
I will not use this company anymore and I especially do not like giving my credit card details to overseas call centres.
