Teletext no longer have various travel companies on their website but are now solely Truly Travel.
Problems with wrongly spelled name which they won't change unless I pay a fee!
I booked and paid for hold baggage - this is not shown on flight tickets. Teletext/Truly Travel have said they will correct this but will not return my calls or emails.
'Customer Service' is non existent.
Non UK call centre - I believe operators are reading from a script and have no idea how to resolve problems, or more worryingly, couldn't care less once they have your money.
I would have given this company 0 star rating but could not proceed without a score rating. They certainly will not have my custom in the future.
This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Booking Ref: TT116434
Since my previous posting the baggage has now been added, but it has been necessary for me to contact Thomas Cook myself to amend the spelling error on flight ticket and pay a fee!
I have emailed Teletext Holidays to request a copy of the call recording i.e. Subject Access Request under The Data Protection Act 1988. I have been told by email I need to pay £10.00 to obtain this. I have asked for details of who I should contact to proceed with this request and pay the £10.00.
To date I have emailed a number of email addresses. I have not received a single response to this request.
I am completely puzzled by your statement; "we take great pride in the high standards of customer service provided by our team" (?!) You should certainly not be proud of this abysmal non-existent 'service'. Yet again Teletext Holidays, I await your response.

It is now 03rd July, the holiday is now over, no one has contacted me?!?!?!?!
