“no room ready”

when booking the holiday to rhodes media travel charged us for a room upgrade , when we arrived at the hotel there was no room available and there was no such thing as a room upgrade as a double room was all they provided. The actual booking process was unpleasant with very pushy staff,would definately not use again.
