After booking a holiday to Tunisia , due to fly on 27th June (one day after the horrific attacks) we tried to change our holiday with them. On the Friday that the attacks happened, bearing in mind we were due to fly at 7am the next morning, I was told that we could only change our destination if we paid for a whole new holiday, the reason being is that ' this was only a minor incident'. I was so appalled that they could be so disrespectful. I think this shows the whole mentality of this company.
I then had a phone call on Saturday 27th June, saying we could change our holiday free of charge, by this point we had already booked a new one through a different company, therefore requested a refund for Tunisia. They weren't interested (obviously knowing that they wouldn't get any commission). A few phone calls to them and they agreed to refund us in full. Over 3 weeks on and still no refund. They said initially we would have to wait 8 days, which we have and now they are telling us they have had a technical glitch and the refund would be delayed even longer. They have also informed us we won't be getting the full amount refunded as there is a cancelation fee.
All in all, I can't even speak to them any more as their attitude towards everything is disgusting.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Pay a little bit more and go through a well known company.
