Book with this company if you want to be lied to and subjected to hundreds of phonecalls with numerous staff who cant speak a word of english! They are incompetent, rude and unhelpful! they promise call backs which they dont carry out, you have to constantly pester them for them to send you YOUR documents that should be sent through anyway and you give them details which they repeat back to you and get it wrong every time! this holiday firm has cost me and my partner DOUBLE what it should have cost, they are only interested in your money!! Very poor that you have to threaten them to get your documents through.

This company is run by staff who do not know what their doing!

Id give them a mear 1/2 a star, to which this is generous!

Stay clear of this SHAMBOLIC organisation!
