Booked a weeks holiday to Turkey through Ice Lolly. I experienced a whole lot of hassle with Superescapes Travel. I had to phone them to get my documentation sent after I booked. The flight tickets were meant to be sent about 7 days prior to departure however I did not receive them and spent 3 days phoning their premium rate number and emailed them several times to no avail. They did not answer my emails. When I did get through they sent me the wrong information i.e. they sent the flight intinerary instead of the tickets. I ended up contacting Jewelholidays who issue the tickets, they informed me that they emailed the tickets to Superescapes on 22nd April (I was due to fly on 10/May/2014 so pleanty of time for them to have forwarded the tickets) but no. They ignored my requests and eventually JewelHolidays sent them apologising on behalf of Superescapes.
I did not like the sales pitch of Superescapes, very pushy and their Customer Service is appalling. Surely when you have booked a holiday and departed with your money you shouldn't have to spend days worrying whether you will get to your destination because of not having the correct documentation.
I will never book with this company again
