If adem who reconfirmed our holiday for us reads this then a MASSIVE thank you.. You had to put up with me umming and fussing over everything , emailing you back at obscure hours and you still managed to reconfirm our holiday after a disappointing schedule change.
If that was me in reverse I would have given up as a lost cause but he kept going.
The holiday was exactly what was booked, until our flight timings was changed by airliner.
Sometimes you only get negative feedback because people don't take Time these days to say Thank you.
