Superescapes is a unprofessional and lapsadazy company. With 'travel advisors' located in a foreign country, who try to help the best they can, but communication difficulties soon surface. Superescapes lacks clear information on its managment structure and complaints policy. Does anyone know who its CEO is? Why the mystery? We have an outstanding complaint which still has not been resolved. They have offered to pay money and admitted responsibility for its lack of customer care after we were left stranded at the airport. Is the only way to resolve issues with this company to go to the press and get money owed via the court? Keep away and dont use them, it was our first and last time. If your booking gets messed up and you end up stranded somewhere in a foreign country, they will not help you, despite having a customer helpline overseas. Take your credit card, because you will have to make all the arrangements yourself. Just hope they pull their finger out and resolve your ccomaplaints quicker than ours.
