Stay clear!!!

I urge everyone to avoid this company! We booked a girly holiday to magaluf with these and they were terrible. They changed our hotel and decided to leave a voicemail to tell us that they had changed our hotel to a hostel! To make matters worse they would not answer our phone calls when we wanted to know why we had been changed etc (turns out they booked us into the cheaper option all along). We actually had to ring hays travel (super escape have connections with these) to recirve help. The guys there were helpful and pleasant, although they could not do anything. We then waited a further two days for super escape to contact us, at which point they said we couldn't have our money back. After great deliberation we still went on holiday and tried to make the best of a bad situation as we had spent nearly £450 on the holiday. Things went from bad to worse... We were dropped off at the hotel we were originally promised and had to walk to the hostel. We recieved no welcome meeting and then three days in I was assaulted by a local trying to get my bag and my friend's bag was actually stolen, something that wouldn't have happened if we'd had the hotel we priginally booked as we would have never been near the place we were mugged.

Please stay away from these, all they want is your money. What a terrifying experience we recieved at the hands of this company.
