Booked and paid for a holiday. The advisor said his Supervisor had to check. Waited on phone then line went dead. Rang him back on direct line he gave me. Spoke with his Supervisor who sounded just like him!! Told me he had made a mistake. Holiday would be £700 more!! Refused to pay more stating I had paid for the holiday offered. Supervisor told me that my card had not gone through so had to pay. Asked them where they were located and Supervisor informed me they had offices in a complex in Evesham. I know Evesham well. Looked on Google at address which was a house. Told Supervisor this and he put the phone down. I heard three voices in room all of Asian sounding. Why I was given a direct number to him is anyone's guess as office is in a house. Had to cancel card there and then.
