What did i like about this company? The price?? It was a good price until they added £55 for one case, 2.5% credit card charge, £5 atol charge, and £15 booking fee. Im sure the law says they are supposed to tell you about all this when booking, not when they are take the fee from your card.
I only booked 4 days ago, but i paid over the phone with my credit card and the lady said she would ring me back in five minutes with my booking reference. I'm still waiting for that call. I've rang them 5 times (premium rates). They've apparently emailed my confirmation twice, but i haven't received those emails (and i've checked my junk mail), so that means another premium rate phone call.
I would definitely recommend paying slightly more and going with a better company. I certainly will never use again.
