2 weeks before I'm due to fly, they sent me an email.
Date of births wrong. Passport number wrong, and address was wrong.
You can book & get a cheap ish holiday, but I'd have rather paid the extra & gone with someone who can speak English.
The company is based in the uk believe it it not.
I've had to phone so far 4 times, now they are saying to phone back in 7 days!
Everyone had an English name, which is obvious they're not English.
Or live in England.
I've never been so stressed out over a holiday booking.
Yet the man was saying dont worry.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
IF YOU DO THEN EXPECT TO HAVE PROBLEMS!!
