i went to book my holiday friday with super escapes travel i was given a price and was given a number to call back direct to the agent who said he would hold the holiday for me.when i called back another agent answered and said he would deal with it as other agent was busy,the first thing he asked before asking my name or the ref number was my credit card number,i said you dont even know which holiday it is or my name!after he found the holiday hhe asked for my card number again so i said excuse me you dont know the flight details or anything!he then gave flight details and more info i then gave my card number then he started adding MORE CHARGES!and all this info not mentioned before i asked for a ref number for the holiday i had booked and he said i would get it in two hours!i had to call back to get this and asked where is my email recipt he said it would take 48 hours!i called today for my receipt and was told it had been sent and it hadnt then they sent me one they had printed my daughters name wrong so i called back and was told it was my fault and they have a recording of it and would i like them to play it i said YES DO THAT and was told they would call back in an hour and a half they never!so i caled back as was told i might be charged a fee and they cant listen to the recordings at weekends and they will listen on monday!OMG im SHOCKED WORRIED AND ANGRY!im contacting watchdog and trading standards,oh i also asked for my £350 deposit to be refunded and i was told no cant be done so i said the way you treat customers is appaling and i will be reperting them to watchdog and trading standards

had a very simliar problem surname was spelt wrong paid£140 for it to be corrected.had a new conformation email the christion names was spelt wrong this time goin touch with hays travel the parent company.they said they would amail superescapes.they contacted me saying thats how it was spely in the first place fortunatly i still had the email which had correct spelling had to email this to them as they insisted i was not correct. have requested £140 to be returned iam going to take it to a small claimes court to get this returned.the customer servises are rude and unhelpfull. still awating reply

sorry to hear you are having problems with them too, have you reported this to ABTA?they may be able to help, holiday travel watch are good too. also it is clear to me me by reading other reviews that they doing name spellings wrong deliberately! when they spelt my daughters name wrong the typed in in block capitals! (so it would be noticed} also the address for super escape is not real! its a house in a cul de sac if you look it up on google, its a call centre based in Pakistan! this company is a nightmare and needs to be closed! also please report them to action fraud and they will log it with trading standards, hope you got to go on your holiday if not check with the airline and hotel to make sure you are booked in kind regards

Just cancel with your credit card company they will withhold payment then go to a rep usable company or it will only get worse
