Booked a 7 day All Inclusive holiday to Turkey for July 2013, great bargain or so we thought, paid 800.00 pounds deposit which left another 600 pounds to pay.
We received an email two months later saying we had to change our hotel as there was a problem with the booking and this hotel was no longer available, we were offered an alternative hotel in a total different area of Turkey and they tried to tell us this was a 5* Hotel, when we looked into it, it was advertised as a 3* and got rubbish reviews on Trip Advisor. We then proceeded to call Super Escapes which is a challenge in itself, being placed on hold for 30 minutes at a time. We told Super Escapes that this alternative hotel was not good enough and if we couldn t have the hotel which we booked in the first place then we wanted a full refund, they said under no circumstance could they offer a full refund all we could have was the hotel costs as we still had to pay for flights and transfers.
We then looked onto Super Escapes website and they were still advertising our hotel on the same dates we had booked, when we said this to the "Customer Care Team" they said we could have this hotel if we were willing to pay another 400.00 pounds which is totally ridiculous.
This companys attitude totally stinks, they give you no assistance whatsoever.
After getting totally frustrated with the way this company deals with its customers my husband and I decided to cut our losses and accept the refund of the hotel so we are now left with flights but no hotel arrangements.
I would advise anyone thinking of booking their holiday with this company to give them a big miss, it might seem a bargain but once they have your deposit they totally rip you off.
