I booked a holida with Super escapes in September for Crete and I had a very bad experience with the hotel, shower was broken and my boyfriend was not able to stay there for a day so I called customer care and they asked me to wait for a day which i thought that we will end up a bad holiday but I received a call from a local agent in 3 hours and he started asked about the inconvience I'm facing and that person name is ACACIUS i think but he was so helpful he moved us to a different hotel after 3 hours and which is really good Blue Marine Resort & Spa Hotel and by the day end i got one more call from super escapes asked is the issue resolved .... that was great... I promised them I will book my next holiday with them next year for sure...
