this travel agent is only after as much money as they can get out of you,please please please give them a'wide birth'.all there business is done over the phone,and just remember its costing you.i booked a holiday with them earlier this year,2weeks self catering,the agent asked me if i would like an upgrade from studio to 1 bedroomed apt,£50 extra for the fortnight,which i agreed on.on arriving at my destination i found the complex had no studio's only 1&2 bedroomed apts.back home i rang super escapes to complain and they put me on hold(permanant)also costing me money for the phone call.what a way to treat customers.i have booked a holiday since and have done it all over the inernet,so i can take my time and if need be think things through,not on the end of a phone having to make quick decisions.you have been warned!
