When we did contact Customer Support they dealt with questions and queries to our full satisfaction.
Attention to detail meant getting regular emails about the outstanding balance, methods of payment etc., and then just before we left a reminder of "things to do".
We felt reassured that there was sufficient online security logging into our account.
