Easy to book. Easy to use and with the £1 deposit it is easy to change your mind. Good selection of hotels to suit your needs. We have booked a few times now, just remember to print your voucher. I love the emails which remind you when to pay and give you a countdown of how many days to your holiday. At first you think it's never going to come but it soon goes down and you are on your way. The only improvement would be to allow sea view or pool view options - we've always had to do this bit direct with the hotel on arrival. The only other improvement would be to give a distance calculator to the nearest attractions.
