Great price, but lost 2 days of holiday

Arrived at hotel Dragut Point North expecting All Inc and Seaview which we had paid for. Were shown to room and it was not what we had booked. View was of a derelict building on a back street. We're told room could be changed next day which was not good enough. Went for a drink and was told to pay or go to partner hotel further down the road Dragut Point South. Reception staff spoke very little English which didn't help us.
Had to stay one night in this hotel Dragut Point North and next morning we were told they would move us at midnight. Not satisfactory so spent the day at other hotel Dragut Point South then eventually at 6pm took our cases from first hotel and sat in other hotels lobby until we were given a room with sea view and all inc. Other hotel Dragut Point South wanted to charge us more than double what we had already paid and we refused. Then they wanted yo give us a double room when we had booked two single rooms. Eventually a holiday rep sorted things out for us even though they still argued about what we had booked. The paperwork with the bookings were given to them and they still didn't want to honour our booking. Two days or our holiday were wasted as we were unable to pack, didn't know where we would be staying.
Would be unfair to comment on second hotel Dragut Point South as its the first one Dragut Point North I'm reviewing
