Absolutely abysmal service. Used them for airport shuttle service to and from new York easily enough to book, they ask for flight times. Flight was delayed so phoned up to let them know when I eventually arrived at airport I was told it would be close to an hours wait as they wait for full bus. However when I was waiting the shuttlebus came and took 2 people into an empty bus. So 3 of us decided it was a joke and got yellow cab which got us there faster and cheaper.
On the way back the company had no reference of my booking. The driver was a nutter as well.
Tried to complain to ask for refund for the trip from airport to city and that's when the hassle started. Saying it was normal to wait upto an hour as they don't wait at airport for when clients turn up they wait in city?? When they knew my plane was coming in and loads customers would be getting on.
