Sunshine site is easy to navigate around and discover a variety of hotels. Prices were competitive, and the booking process was easy. Hotel description Mitsis Grand, was in keeping with what we encountered at the hotel, first time for an all inclusive holiday, maybe a little more detail on what was on offer for the all inclusive would have been helpful, but in saying that there was more food than anybody could ever eat. Would definitely go for a sea view rather than garden view. Although there is a main road in front of the hotel it is quiet during the night time. Staff were very helpful. Would certainly look at staying at another Mitsis hotel and use Sunshine holidays. I would say it was a four star and not a five star hotel. Large bedrooms, bottled water provided free every day.
