We would definitely recommend Sunshine.co.uk. We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Crete which was exactly as described but a lot cheaper than the other travel operators. Everything was booked and sorted online but when I did need to check accommodation details with customer services they were very polite and helpful and answered my call very quickly.
We will definitely be booking with Sunshine.co.uk again in the future.
