I knew the hotel and resort I wanted to stay at, so this was not an issue. Initially I had some issues sorting room types as descriptions did not match those on the hotel website, which was just a difference in terminlogy. Sunshine staff patiently sorted this out for me. Some friends of ours going with us had issues with their booking, so i was worried about mine, but it turned out that Sunshine use different sources for their holidays, and one of these sources had gone bust. My friends got their money back and had to re-book, which was not sunshine's fault, but my holiday was fine as they had booked mine through a different source.
On arrival at the hotel, all was fine regarding paperwork etc, although I did have to remind them of the room type we had booked.
All in all, Sunshine were as helpful as a holiday company can be.
