recently booked a hotel with sunshine .co.uk and had to cancel 3 days later due to unforeseen circumstances. Although we was not traveling for approximately 4 months this company still charged us 78 pounds for cancelling, most other companies offer free cancellations under these circumstances, so in future I will use other companies,so beware of losing your deposit if you use this company and have to cancel
