As last year the Sunshine holiday was well organised from the initial booking to the return to the airport. We had booked the flight, hotel, private transfer and car parking through Sunshine and there were NO problems.
The only thing I would like to see improved is the system for downloading the vouchers as both years I have been unable to down load them from my computer and have had to ask Sunshine to post them to me, which they have done. Also Thomsons, with whom the flight was booked, kept sending me e-mails with the same information in them saying that they were important.
